Hidden signals — a softer way to start
Most dating apps push you to perform — write a witty line, take the perfect photo, swipe fast. A hidden signal is the opposite. It is a small, anonymous "I noticed you." If they're interested, they reveal it. If they aren't, no one is embarrassed.
What a hidden signal is
A short, optional message attached to someone's mood, confession, or profile. The receiver only sees that "someone sent you a Hidden Signal" — your nickname, photo, and message stay hidden until they choose to reveal.
How reveal works
The receiver has a daily free reveal, then a few options: spend Credits, or wait. Once they reveal, both sides see each other and a private conversation opens automatically — no separate "match" step.
When the conversation opens
A single conversation is shared between the two of you — A-to-B and B-to-A signals always meet in the same chat. No duplicate threads, no confusion about which window you replied in.
Cost and free reveals
New accounts start with a few free reveals. After that, revealing a signal uses a small amount of Credits. Sending a signal is also lightweight — one free signal a day, then a small Credits cost. Credits can be earned by watching ads or bought; see /me/credits when you sign in.
